Relationships are a central part of being human. Early relationships can affect us long-term and can have an impact on how much we trust, how much support we can receive and the quality of future relationships and connections.
Positive relationships are one of the biggest factors in wellbeing, health, healing, pain management and even lifespan. Studies have shown that people who feel connected and are loved experience less pain at a physical level and are healthier. Destructive or toxic relationships can be harmful and take a toll on physical as well as mental health.
