We are pleased to introduce a new Health and Wellbeing platform Well.Me, for Staff and Students.

The Well.Me programme provides precision physical monitoring of vital health metrics via a Well.Point Health Kiosk combined with a digital tracking and analytics platform – Well.Me app, that tracks progress through an intuitive dashboard, allows users to set personal goals and share experiences with others in the SHU community.

Well.Point kiosks have been installed in City (Level 5 Owen - close to the Student Support waiting area) and The Heart of the Campus (Collegiate) reception areas.

The Wellpoint is a state-of-the-art health and wellbeing Kiosk captures key individual health and wellbeing data. These assessments include: • Height • Weight • Body Mass Index • Blood Pressure • Body Fat Content • Heart rate • QRisk3 Heart Age score • Cardiovascular Risk.

They provide the user with the facility to take their own health metrics, in confidence, without having to make an appointment or see a health professional.

Do your first health check at the Well.Point kiosk, get your results emailed to you and then download the Well.Me app to continue your journey to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Health Data stored about an individual on Well.Me remains private at all times and is not shared with us as an Employer, we do have access to anonymised collective data to monitor the health of the overall workforce and inform future wellbeing activity.
