A Wellbeing appointment is a 45-minute focused conversation with a practitioner. You can book one after registering with the service and completing a pre-appointment questionnaire.
In the appointment we will support you to focus on what feels most important for your own wellbeing. You will leave the appointment with a plan and be given the space to try the plan and notice any differences.
You will have the option to book a 20 minute check in call to follow up on how things have been. You can book your check in for a date at least one month from the wellbeing appointment. The earliest that you can try booking is two weeks in advance.
Although there can be some similarities, these appointments are different from Counselling or Mental Health support appointments.
To access this support you need to register with Student Wellbeing.
You can also access Wellbeing appointments in your colleges - sometimes this can be quicker. Book a college-based wellbeing appointment here.
