If you used the University ACL code in your visa application, you will be able to collect your BRP from us.

To check if your BRP is ready for collection, click on the link below. If you can see 'International Experience - BRP Collection' in the Appointment Type list, you can book to collect. If you can't see the BRP Collection appointment, please search again after a couple of days.

Once you have collected your BRP please go immediately to get your immigration documents verified and complete your enrolment. Details are below.

If you did not use the University ACL code, you will be able to collect from a local Post Office. To find out the address of the Post Office check your UKVI decision letter.

Complete your enrolment

All students starting their course at Sheffield Hallam University in January 2024 will receive an email inviting them to enrol online one to two weeks before their course start date. Once you've received the email and you've completed your online enrolment, all students with an overseas nationality (non-British / non-Irish) studying at Sheffield Hallam must have their original documentation checked on-campus as part of the enrolment process. As soon as you have collected your BRP card you should attend a document checking appointment.

You can watch our helpful video on the enrolment process on our 'Enrol' page, and read the below information on how to complete the final stage of your enrolment on campus.
