The Institute consists of all our postgraduate research students and all academic staff in the Institute.

Through the Institute we offer support and advice to research students, as well as training in research skills and techniques. The Graduate School offers research opportunities within a number of disciplines including natural and built environment, education, the Centre for Regional Economic and Social Research, sociology and psychology, law and criminology and Sheffield Business School.
