There are two ways you can pay your deposits and tuition fees.

Debit or credit card payments

You can also pay the University directly, using our website. You may be charged for currency conversion or have to pay interest for any uncleared balance.

Refunds

We can refund your deposit and course fees if

• your application for a student visa is refused
• you made an overpayment of tuition fees

In both cases you will need to provide evidence to get a refund. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment and will be in pounds sterling. The speed of the refund will depend on the payment method you used.
