Compliments and complaints
We recognise there are things you would like to tell us about your accommodation experience whether this is positive or negative; we welcome all feedback.
If you have a compliment, we'd love to hear it! Please send your comments to: accommodation@shu.ac.uk
If you have a complaint, we can work with you to address your problem as quickly as possible.
For any issues experienced during your time in halls, please contact your Hall Manager who is there to help. If you are unable to resolve the issue through your Hall Manager, you can contact Accommodation Services and we will aim to respond to all emails within 2-3 working days.
Our GDPR regulations do not allow us to disclose or discuss specific tenancy or personal details with anyone other than the student, this includes family members. Whilst we fully understand that families want to support students and may have concerns about their wellbeing or their accommodation arrangements, we are not able to discuss those details with you.
