All halls of residence allocated by Accommodation Services operate under a Nomination Agreement. The halls are owned by private providers but work closely with the University under the terms of this agreement. Your Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (contract) will be with the landlord of your hall of residence.

Large partnership residences comply with the regulations set by the Accreditation Network UK (ANUK).

All residences have Sheffield City Council snug accreditation.
