The SHU Football Leadership Academy is an opportunity for women and underrepresented groups at Sheffield Hallam University to join the football workforce and influence this generation and the next to participate in football, whilst developing themselves as strong leaders.

Participants of the project will be supported through their fully funded qualification, choosing between 'Introduction to Football Coaching' or 'The FA Referee Course'. As well as undertaking continued professional development sessions, gaining access to networking and real-world football experiences and being guided through the leadership journey by a mentor.
