Natalie Haynes
Natalie teaches across the hospitality curriculum focusing on revenue management, sales, marketing, front of house operations and service excellence. Natalie has extensive sales, marketing, revenue and front of house experience in the hotel industry having held positions with three major brands and independent hotels in London and the UK. Her research interests cover the areas of revenue management, hotel pricing and the use of economic/game theory in hospitality pricing decisions.
Mark Ellis
Following over 20 years as a leader in the commercial and non for profit sectors I joined Sheffield Business School in 2012. I teach in the areas of Strategy, Enterprise, Leadership and Innovation, my research is focused on Responsible Leadership and ethical business practice.

Jamie Caine
Jamie is a thought leader and one of the leading contemporary researchers for the subject of strategy and strategy adoption. From market analysis, design, development, implementation and continuous improvement of the strategy; he masters the entire strategy lifecycle in both theory and practice. He was one of the driving forces behind describing the strategy lifecycle now used by organisations and in academia. Jamie is Course Leader for IT with Business studies. On bachelor and masters level his teaching includes information systems, business architecture and strategy transformation.
