Our engineering and built environment outreach activities showcase the wide variety of course options and careers available, whilst supporting students in making informed decisions about their next steps after school or college.
Activities are available covering the following subjects:

  • Aerospace Engineering
  • Automotive Engineering

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics and Robotics

  • Building surveying
  • Construction
  • Project management
  • Quantity Surveying

Activities include on or off-campus masterclasses, taster days and talks, for post-16 students. Many activities can also be adapted for a pre-16 audience.

Outreach Activities

From the Accommodation Challenge to Engineering and Physics on-campus experiences, get hands on with our masterclasses and taster days. Take a tour of our facilities including the flight simulator and robotics lab, and find out about our student societies such as Formula Student.
