Enhancing usability of non-trivial online forms using models
Aathira Majnu - Research Degree Student
Organisations such as governments, hospitals, employers, financial and educational institutions need to collect information about people in order to function.
The 'form' is a common artefact used for this purpose. The majority of these forms are non-trivial. The trend of digitalising such organisations results in these forms also being digitalised.
This research intends to help enhance the usability of such non-trivial online forms by developing a model to reduce the level of inherent complexities.
