Artist and Filmmaker Esther Johnson (Reader in Media Arts, ADRC), and Clare Rishbeth (Lecturer in Landscape Design, University of Sheffield), will be presenting findings of their recent ‘Connected Communities’ AHRC project, The Bench Project.

The seminar will include the showing of Johnson's film 'Alone Together: the social life of benches' and reflections on the process and insights of collaborations between filmmaking and social research.

The seminar will take place on Tuesday 16 February at Arts Tower Lecture Theatre 5, University of Sheffield from 1-2pm followed by an informal, smaller discussion in the staff space on Floor 12 of Arts Tower from 2 - 2.45pm.
