Our staff work together to provide the very best in childcare. All staff are professionally trained and are DBS checked. We employ 24 members of childcare staff. Many of our staff have worked with us for several years, meaning that we are able to provide continuity of care throughout the nursery. It was noted in our most recent Ofsted report that our staff 'skilfully interact with children and deliver well-planned activities that support their needs'.

Once a child is enrolled in the nursery they are allocated a key person. Your child's key person will ensure all their needs are met and support them closely in their learning and development. Prior to your child starting with us, the Key Person will be in touch to introduce themselves, arrange a meeting to exchange information, and organise settling sessions.
