Want to make the most of your time at SHU? You can now add other calendars to MyTimetable and see what optional activities you can get involved in alongside your teaching, for the 22/23 academic year. 

Find out more about events brought to you by your Students' Union, or activities from the Careers and Employability Service to support you during your studies. You may start to see your department also add calendar activities.

To view, visit MyTimetable and log in using your normal student login details. You can view a calendar next to your teaching timetable by clicking ‘+ Add timetable’ and selecting an option under the Events heading – ‘Student Union’, ‘Department’, or ‘University’ for Careers and Employability. In the pop-up box, select the calendar you want to view, then click ‘Add Timetables’ and close the pop-up box.

You can unselect the calendar you have chosen at any time using the selection pane at the right hand of the screen to hide it from view. All the details of each event are included within the session showing on MyTimetable.
