Our student and academic support teams make a huge contribution to our core business of learning, teaching, and research and innovation.

We support students with everything from enrolling at the University, careers advice and sourcing placements to looking after their health and wellbeing. We run the two University libraries, providing services and resources to support learning, academic activity and research.

We also support academic delivery through course and exam administration, as well as technical support for teaching and research activities - which can range from preparing specialist laboratories and clinical environments to setting up early-years classrooms or running large kitchens.

Our research support staff assist with funding bids, offer advice and guidance to academic staff, and help with winning new business and managing relationships with partners and funders.
