Our campus support teams play a vital part in making sure students, staff and visitors have an efficient and positive experience when they are on campus. Services delivered by these teams include:

  • portering
  • building maintenance
  • trades
  • transport
  • mail
  • helpdesk/reception
  • security
  • access control/ID cards
  • parking

All these roles have two key aspects – making a good first impression and making a difference. Here at Sheffield Hallam, we’re always looking for people with a positive attitude who enjoy working in teams to deliver a high-quality service.

We enable and support all our campus support colleagues to learn new skills, broaden their horizons and explore opportunities to progress. You’ll be encouraged to contribute to decision-making in your area, and put forward ideas about how our services could be improved.
