Eco Cook Bag Recipe Booklet

Between October 2023 and January 2024, the Helena Kennedy Centre collaborated with the National University of Lesotho and Malealea Development Trust on a project funded by the FCDO. One of our main objectives was to create 100 eco-cook bags locally and compile a cooking booklet featuring Basotho traditional recipes. We are thrilled to announce that the booklet is now available for download. (PDF, 7.1MB)
