Travelling to Placement
We recognise that many of our students will need to travel to their placement. Wherever possible we will not expect students to travel for longer than 2 hours to a placement.
However, if a student chooses to live outside the placement circuit, it may not be possible to apply the two-hour travel time limit owing to the geographical location of available placements.

Placement Associated Expenses
The National Bursary is currently available to all Physician Associate students; this includes an element to cover the costs of travel to placement. Information about managing placement expenses will be made available on the course BlackBoard site.
