Attendance
Students must attend the placement for the whole period that they have been allocated to their placements. Students must be present for the whole day/shift on all dates assigned to them by their placement provider.
It is essential that you familiarise yourself and comply with the Placement Attendance requirements, and that you maintain and provide a record of your attendance on placement:
Reporting Absence
It is essential that students report sickness absence to the university and your placement provider as soon as possible when you know that you will be unable to attend your placement.
