Student Guidance Policies

Students are advised that they must follow their placement provider's policies and guidelines at all times while on placement.

Students MUST NOT include the names of staff, service users or carers, or any other individuals in their evaluations of placement learning.  If students have any concerns about the placement to report, they must report this in the Accidents, Incidents and Concerns on Placements Report Form.

Reporting Accidents, Incidents or Concerns

Any student involved in an accident (or near miss) or incident on placement is required to report the event to the University as soon as possible.
