Biography

I have worked in the sports industry for 30 years, having been involved in sport and exercise since the age of 16. I would consider myself a good all-rounder instructor who is very passionate about fitness; it has become a way of life for me. I really enjoy outdoor activities like cycling, camping, and walking in the Peak District. I am a level 2 and level 3 qualified fitness instructor and hold a YMCA qualification. I also have qualification for body building, TRX training, and resistance band training so can support anyone who steps into the gym, whether they be a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer.
