I am a fully-qualified personal trainer and a level 2 and 3 fitness instructor. I am passionate about designing exercise and nutrition programs that amplify workout efficiency, improve fitness and increase stamina. Experienced in spin and functional fit, as well as circuits, I can help you minimise injury and promote fitness levels. I can support you by evaluating your fitness levels, helping you set goals and monitor progress. Together, we can design safe workouts suited to your fitness ability and medical conditions.
