Although you might not think it, stretching is one of the most important aspects of any exercise. It helps to improve overall posture, relax our muscles and improve our range of motion, all of which result in a lower risk of injury during exercise. Activities such as yoga and Pilates fully incorporate stretching and breathing techniques to improve health and fitness. Try to get some daily stretching in using our routines below, or join our Online Yoga class
