Gown collection and fitting

• Collect your gown from Hallam View on Level 6. We’ll help you put it on.
• You can collect your gown from 8am. If it's busy, those collecting gowns for the next ceremony will be prioritised. We recommend arriving two hours before your ceremony to collect your gown.
• Lifts and stairs are accessible from the main entrance and will be open from 8am.

Photography

• Once you’ve got your gown on, make your way to Hallam Hall on Level 6 for your professional photos.

Food and drink

Chef Hallam, Level 6

• Breakfast served 8am to 11.30am 
• Lunch served 11.30am to 2.30pm

Graduation coffee pod, Level 6

• Barista coffee, sandwiches and snacks served 8.30am to 4pm

Toilets and baby changing

• There are toilets and baby changing facilities on Level 6, next to gowning and photography.
• There are more toilets located on Level 5 in the main entrance and on Level 7.

Accessibility

• City Campus is fully accessible. You can find lifts in the main entrance, with accessible toilets on Level 6 next to gowning and photography.
• There are a limited number of blue badge holder parking spaces at the main entrance to City Campus. These are available on a first-come, first served basis.
