Ticket details

  • Graduate tickets are free. They must be booked through My Student Record.
  • Family and friends can share your big moment. Guest tickets cost £15 each - you can request two tickets through My Student Record.
  • After ticket sales close on 25 October, you'll be able to book any tickets remaining up to a maximum of four. These will be available on a staggered basis from 29 October until 1 November.
  • From 1 November, any last remaining tickets will go on sale on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Bookings will close on 5 November. A small number of tickets, for some ceremonies, may be available on the day. See details.
  • Graduate bookings made after 25 October will carry a £25 late booking fee and you are unlikely to be seated with graduates of the same award.

How to book

  • Book your tickets on the My Certificate and Graduation tab on My Student Record. Select the ‘Book Graduation Tickets and Pay Online' option.
  • You'll be asked about any special requirements you and your guests have. The more detail you give, the more we can help on the day.
  • You'll also be asked how your name is pronounced. This is to help the name reader read out your name correctly as you cross the stage.
  • You will be able to download your tickets a week before your ceremony from the My e-Ticket link on My Student Record.  We'll email you when they're available.
