Future Now projects give our students the opportunity to work with industry and other external organisations and communities, as well as our own world-leading researchers.

Future Now projects are embedded into our curriculum and whole cohorts often take part. This gives our project partners access to a whole variety of potential solutions and rewards our students via their assessment.

The projects can be as short as a workshop, or as long as a whole semester which gives us a flexible way to engage with our partners across all the disciplines in the college.

The College of Social Sciences & Arts is made up of a very wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, with 13,000 students studying on 247 courses, organised into six departments:

• Art & Design,
• Culture & Media,
• Law, Criminology & Policing,
• Natural & Built Environment,
• Psychology, Sociology & Politics,
• Sheffield Institute of Education.
