From May 26 2023, the way you add credit to your PaperCut printing account has changed. You will no longer top up via your SHUcard using the Way2Pay system. Instead, you can top up directly via PaperCut, which will then link to a secure online portal for you to make a payment directly using Visa, Visa Debit or Mastercard.

Having Issues:

• Please double check you are inputting the correct details
• Are you using the correct postcode?
• AMEX cards are not accepted
• Have you tried another card?
• Does the card work ok elsewhere?
• Does the card have a sufficient balance?
