Live projects

The course includes practical, client-focused property projects. These involve you completing technical and professional tasks and applying creative solutions that draw on your developing knowledge. Work placements

The work experience route involves a 12 month work placement. During your placement you improve your practical management skills and employability, gaining real experience in industry.

On the international field trip you work with students from across related subjects to increase understanding of the other roles in the profession that interact on a day-to-day basis and how the role of a Chartered Surveyor fits in with these roles.
