All of our food and nutrition lecturers have research or managerial experience, and we teach in state-of-the-art facilities, including sensory suites, development kitchens and laboratories. You'll also benefit from work experience throughout our undergraduate courses, including a live consultancy project in the final year. Selected undergraduate courses also offer the opportunity to apply for a paid placement year.
