This was a follow up piece of research for the Bill Sargent Trust investigating the impact of welfare reform on low income households in Hampshire. This study looked at the forthcoming reforms and the extent to which these would impact specifically on social housing tenants.

The project team also included Ryan Powell (University of Sheffield).
