Northern Housing Consortium (NHC), on behalf of the Local Authorities, main Housing Providers and the Combined Authority in the Tees Valley have commissioned CRESR through the UK Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence (CaCHE) to provide a preliminary evidenced think-piece to enhance understanding of the challenges and opportunities of the housing markets in the Tees Valley area.

The project team also includes Karl Dalgleish (KADA Research Ltd).
