An evaluation assessing the costs, benefits and transferable lessons from 12 Housing Mobility Demonstration projects designed to promote mobility within the social rented sector through mutual exchange. As well as a research report, the study generated guidance on promoting mutual exchange which was published by DCLG and circulated to all local authorities and housing associations in England.
