Community Improvement Districts: learning and policy recommendations

Project Director: Julian Dobson
Project Duration: 2022-2023

Working as a learning partner for the seven Community Improvement District pilots across England, a team from CRESR and Shared Assets will consider the achievements and challenges of the programme in exploring new forms of community involvement in the regeneration of high streets and town centres. From this work we will develop recommendations for community businesses, town centre regeneration and national policy.

The project team also includes Kate Swade and Kim Graham (Shared Assets).
