This project aimed to update the evidence base and model developed by the project team in 2015 to estimate affordable housing need in Scotland and set out policy implications.

The final report, 'Affordable Housing Need in Scotland Post-2021' is now available to download from the Shelter website.

The project team also included Richard Dunning and Tom Moore (University of Liverpool), Ryan Powell and Berna Keskin (University of Sheffield).
