This projects aims was to provide Shelter Scotland and its partners with evidence on total and affordable housing need in Scotland. It involved a review of local housing need and demand assessments and the development of a pan-Scotland assessment in drawing out policy and funding implications for housing policy in Scotland.

The project team also included Richard Dunning (University of Sheffield) and Kim McKee (University of St Andrews).
