Start up and business support for Hallam graduates

Gradient is a 10-week, structured entrepreneurship skills programme, offering one-to-one support for freelancers, and early-stage limited company owners. 

The Gradient programme will give entrepreneurs the core building blocks to understand how to grow and develop their businesses, and to ensure they’ve got every essential business-base covered.

Gradient offers practical workshop sessions focussed on improving knowledge and efficiencies around business development, marketing, operations, strategic vision, and how best to pitch a business idea to future funders or partners.

Alongside workshops there will also be mentoring and peer group sessions where cohort members can meet, discuss and overcome challenges they are facing.
