As an apprentice, you have access to our Careers and Employability Service to help you with your career learning. Your apprenticeship is a great opportunity to help develop your real-world workplace skills but also help you with your personal and professional development over your whole career. The Careers and Employability Service is here to help you do this, whether that’s through an appointment with an Employability Adviser or access to our digital careers tools to support you throughout your apprenticeship. We can help you with:
- Career development
- Networking opportunities
- Making applications
- Identifying and building relevant skills employers value
- How you could create an impact within your organisation

Careers Centre 360 for apprentices
An online resource has been curated specifically for apprentices to enhance your employability skills and career readiness. Throughout your apprenticeship, you can use this resource to grow and build the knowledge, skills, and most importantly the professional behaviours you will need for success in your future career.
We want you to explore your own skills, become more confident, and understand what it is to be a manager and leader. Working through this interactive resource, you will take assessments to receive tailored recommendations, work through learning paths, and read helpful articles to help you with your professional development, all of which you can apply throughout your apprenticeship.
