Helping Kitlocker kick-off their business
Kitlocker provides personalised football kits to thousands of grassroots teams across the country, in partnership with major suppliers like Nike and Adidas.
The company came into being through two Sheffield Hallam students, who created an online platform and business plan for the business in its early stages. Now, Kitlocker hire placement students for different roles in the marketing and sales teams. These placements last from 6 weeks up to a year.
Lucy Bentall started off as a placement student at Kitlocker. Her work made such an impact that she's been hired as a permanent employee.
They say
“Lucy had a massive impact on immediate and direct ROI by being consistent with creating and scheduling newsletters. Something which takes up a significant amount of time and stops the team from being able to work on other projects. This is a key function of our department but we don't always have the time to put in the necessary time.”
