The Made Smarter programme is a new leadership and management training course. developed by industry experts the course aims to grow manufacturing through digital technologies, innovation and skills.
Senior leaders will access:
- Expertise from our AACSB accredited business school
- Specialist technology advice
- A supportive network of SME leaders
- 40 hours of specialist leadership development training
Led by academics from our business school, the programme has been designed to fit around your existing work and personal commitments. It will be delivered through ten developmental workshops over 12 weeks.
Eligibility:
To join the Made Smarter course, your business must:
- Employ between 5 and 249 employees
- Be based in the Yorkshire and Humber region
You must:
- Be a member of the senior leadership team and have direct reports
