Premium Conference Packages

Perfect for larger conferences requiring a lecture theatre and multiple break out rooms.

Day rates from £39 ex VAT per delegate (minimum 150)

This package includes:

• Premium large conference theatre
• Four break out rooms
• Refreshment and lunch area
• Lectern, screen and data projector in all rooms
• Microphones in lecture theatre
• Wi-Fi Internet Access
• Dedicated event coordinator
• Directional signage
• Premium refreshments and lunch package

   

Standard Conference Packages

This option is ideal for conferences requiring one main room.

Day rates from £35 ex VAT per delegate (minimum 100)

This package includes:

• Large conference room or theatre
• Refreshment and lunch area
• Lectern, screen and data projector in all rooms
• Microphones in conference room
• Wi-Fi Internet Access
• Dedicated event coordinator
• Directional signage
• Premium refreshments and lunch package

Meeting Packages

For smaller events requiring one room.

Day rates from £25 ex VAT per delegate (minimum 25)

Meeting Room Hire

All of our meeting rooms are equipped with a lectern, screen and data projector which is all included in our room hire rate.

Small meeting room for up 20 delegates

£85 for a session of up to 4 hours

£140 for a full day

Large meeting room for up to 50 delegates

£135 for a session of up to 4 hours

£185 for a full day

Extra large meeting room for 50+ delegates

£200 for a session of up to 4 hours

£320 for a full day

All prices are excluding VAT.
