All our venues are equipped to the highest of standards, incorporating some of the best audiovisual facilities in South Yorkshire alongside climate control and free Wi-Fi.

All our lecture theatres and conference rooms have wireless internet access with an integrated computer, data projector and screen, all included in your room hire or conference package price. Each room features an easy-to-use touch-screen panel so you can control everything from sound levels to what appears on screen – and our experienced technicians are on hand to make sure your event goes smoothly.

Several of our lecture theatres include advanced features such as HD screens, surround sound, Blu-ray players and recording facilities. The Pennine, Charles Street or Peak lecture theatres have interactive control panels built into each seat to allow live delegate response.

Microphones

Lectern microphones are included in all our lecture theatres and in The Void Cinema. A range of other microphones can also be provided including table-top, lapel and roving microphones to enable question-and-answer sessions.

Breakout rooms

We offer a wide range of breakout rooms for any event – from cabaret style for workshops to boardroom style for VIP meetings – with a variety of locations, sizes and layouts to fit your needs.

All breakout rooms include wireless internet access with integrated computer, data projector and screen. Some rooms feature multiple screens to ensure that delegates always have a clear view of your presentation.

Our largest meeting rooms can accommodate up to 90 theatre style, 50 cabaret style and 40 boardroom style. Alternatively, Hallam Hall provides a larger, multi-purpose venue should you require more space.

Computer suites

We also offer a range of specialist facilities, including computer suites with networked PCs, ideal for training sessions and demonstrations.
