Three members of staff, Nick Peake, Lucy Crooks and Camila Loureiro, attended the Sheffield Epigenetics Symposium, which was held on Friday 31 May 2019 at the University of Sheffield.

Researcher Camila Loureiro gave a talk entitled ‘Changes of DNA methylation in the NMDAR genes in first-episode schizophrenia and in isolation-reared rats’, while Senior Lecturer Nick Peake talked about ‘Micro-RNA and mechanics: extracellular vesicles driving colorectal cancer’.
