Our theme for the London event is 'Service 101' and will comprise of a keynote speaker which shall be announced in due course.

The event offers you the chance to speak to key people from across the hospitality sector. We shall be inviting visiting fellows and industry partners along with alumni, current students and academic staff. This will be an excellent opportunity for you to reconnect with the hospitality subject group staff, catch up with people you know and network with people you haven't had the pleasure of meeting before.
