Jane van Zyl, CEO of Working Families discussed the benefits and challenges of part-time working for staff with caring responsibilities, along with Charlotte Hunter and Claire Frost, Employment & Partnership Advisers from Scope who explored how part-time working can work for staff with disabilities. This was followed by a panel discussion and Q&A, co-chaired by Joe Rennie and Chris Wigginton.
