Drawing upon her own thesis entitled “An exploration of coaching women towards authenticity in the workplace: A heuristic study with women in academia”, Chief People Officer Dr Sally Jackson spoke about the wearing of masks (imposter syndrome), benefits of coaching, connection between organisational environment and management impression.

Sally was also joined by Dr Marjory Da Costa Abreu who introduced the topic through her own research.
