Our students are a great asset to the city, and contribute to making Sheffield the vibrant, culturally rich and innovative community it is today. 

We provide a range of support and guidance to ensure students understand their responsibilities, can stay safe, and are considerate to those around them. Students are also required to follow our student code of conduct. 

We encourage students to think beyond their studies and to contribute to the communities where they live and work. This means everything from organising and taking part in events, to being responsible neighbours or volunteering. 

Reporting inconsiderate behaviour

Though most of our students add value to their local communities, we recognise that sometimes there may be negative effects associated with some students, who may be new to independent living. Some of the challenges we face involve noise, anti-social behaviour, waste and parking.
