Tracey has over a decade of experience as a human resources director across higher and further education in the Northwest, Northeast, and Midlands. Her experience extends to the wider public sector including several years with the police service and local government.

During her career in human resources, Tracey has expanded her expertise across all aspects of people management and development.

The early part of her career focussed on employee and industrial relations, since then, she has held senior leadership roles championing organisational development and EEDI.

She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and a strong advocate of championing better work and working lives.
