Summary
As Chief Operating Officer, Libby has lead responsibility for the University’s Professional Services and has direct responsibility for the four business delivery groups – Student and Academic Services (SAS), Recruitment, Communications and Marketing (RCM), Business, Enterprise, Skills and Employability (BESE), and Infrastructure, Strategy and Change (ISC).
About
Libby joined Sheffield Hallam in November 2007, initially within Student and Academic Services, before becoming Director of Transformation in 2018 and then Group Director, Infrastructure, Strategy and Change in September 2022. Libby was appointed Interim Chief Operating Officer in April 2024.
Libby is an experienced strategic leader with a background in change management, strategy and operations. Libby is also an alumni of Sheffield Hallam, having graduated with distinction from a part-time MA in History (Culture and Imperialism) in 2009. Libby holds an MA in History from the University of Cambridge.
