Hi Everyone!

My name is Zara Ali and I am a mental health Nurse and Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University. Up until recently I was working part time with the Early Intervention in Psychosis Team, however am now working flexibly with different inpatient and community teams in Derbyshire.

 

Though my Lecturing interest lies predominantly in teaching future nurses clinical and practical skills, I am making attempts to dabble into some research. My interests include understanding the experiences of ethnic minorities in relation to mental illness; in hope that we can increase early access and treatment for over represented groups.
